Most convenient for residents of the western United States/Canada/Americas (from mid/late afternoon through late night), Australia/NZ (late mornings through evenings), and eastern Asia (regular daytime hours).
Partially convenient for Europe/EMEA. (Mornings through noon but not afternoons/evenings.)
Least convenient for residents in the US EST/EDT time zone. (Late evenings only.)
